These terms apply to your use of the Valuu (valuu.app) website and services. By continuing to use the service you accept them.
1. What Valuu is
- Valuu is a directory of second-hand luxury buyback shops and an intermediary that forwards valuation requests to relevant shops.
- Valuu does not buy, does not sell, never holds your money and never holds your goods. Every transaction happens directly between you and the shop.
2. What we do not guarantee
- We do not guarantee whether any item traded is authentic or counterfeit.
- We do not guarantee the prices offered, payment, delivery, or the quality of any shop’s service.
- Prices shown are preliminary; a shop may revise its offer after inspecting the item.
- Always check the shop and agree the terms clearly before handing over an item or accepting payment.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide information and photos that match the actual item.
- You must own the item or be lawfully entitled to sell it.
- Do not use this service for illegal goods, goods obtained unlawfully, or knowingly counterfeit goods.
- Do not submit repeated requests to disrupt the service or harass shops.
4. Content you submit
- You keep ownership of the photos and information you submit.
- You grant Valuu permission to use them solely to obtain quotes from relevant shops. We do not use them for advertising or publish them publicly.
5. Shop listings
- Shop information is compiled from public sources and from shops themselves; each page states its source and last update date.
- If something is wrong, use the “report a correction” button on the shop page.
- Advertising or sponsored placements are always clearly labelled. We do not fake rankings.
6. Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Valuu is not liable for loss arising from transactions between you and a shop, from inaccuracies in shop information, or from interruptions to the service.
7. Suspension
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that harm other users or shops.
8. Governing law
- These terms are governed by Thai law.
- If we change these terms we will update the effective date above and post the change on the site.
